Refund policy

Affinity Vision is a registered charity (number 1207875) dedicated to building sustainable communities. Your support is crucial to our work, and we appreciate your generosity.

As a general principle, purchases of Sponsor Packages and products made by the Bee Mission project via Affinity Vision are non-refundable. This is because funds are allocated to specific projects and programs, and returning a donation could impact our ability to deliver essential services.

However, there may be exceptional circumstances where a refund may be considered.

These circumstances could include:

• Administrative errors: If a donation is processed in error or duplicated, we will issue a refund.
• Payment disputes: If there is a dispute with your payment provider, we will work with you to resolve the issue and may issue a refund if necessary.

Please note that any refund issued may be subject to administrative fees.
